ive always played on 250. accept from when my old card could no longer get it, cause it was old
now i have a new card that only gets me 130fps when i try to get 250. seems abit odd

dont forget to factor in wether your old card was dx 9
uninstall dx10/11 and only put dx 9 on .without the instruction set in the system the card wont call on it neither will the game
some people used to use the dx 8 path in games to outsmart the anticheat elements ..no veg = no hiding
